Afor Tenye was born in Cameroon, West Africa. She got her break as a successful model in 2011. Growing up as a child, Afor always had the love for fashion as she played dress up with her siblings. While pursuing a Bachelor degree in Educational Psychology, she also continued to pursue her love for fashion by modeling. She is 1.75m tall, dress size: UK 10, USA 8, Europe 34 and shoe size: UK 5.5, USA 8.5, Europe 38.5.
She has successfully modeled for brands such as Mesanga Fashion House, Mareta West Design, Belcro Indonesia Design, Heartbeat Collection, Khamals, etc.
She has also done runway shows for Afric Collection, Fashion Place, Kibonen NY(Project New Bamenda), Fredash International Annual Fashion Avenue (FIAFA),FabAfriq Magazine launching etc.
Afor has also appeared on the Weekend Magazine for the Cameroon Tribune. She appeared in The first issue of FabAfriq Magazine launched in December 2013, as well as FAMO MAG. She has also done product modeling for Residence Carlos Hotel , Elongo Gardens, Miss Amazing Cameroon and SNS Mobility etc. Her works have been acknowledged by the different articles written about her such as Ndjoka Magazine by Flore Emaleu and Africa Top Success by Josias Gassesse.
Afor possesses specific attributes that many fashion directors look for. She is known for being flexible, adaptable, stylish, versatile, efficient, hard working, good at taking directions and capable of wearing different types of clothing styles.
